I am writing to confirm that the individual known as Ribbon was successfully apprehended during today’s operation within the OVERLOAD OCEAN project. Her detention was carried out without incident, and she has since been securely transported to the ICONIC Underwater Prison for processing.

Please be aware that all relevant monitoring protocols have been activated and will remain in place for the duration of her confinement. Further updates will be issued in due course as the situation develops.
